Hit the Jackpot at the Yards

Well my son and I spent part of thur all friday and part of today at a yard.
We got two complete TPI engines one 5.0 and one 5.7. Complete TPI harness, computer , sensors, the works. All accessories one w/serp setup, one w/CS144 alt. both w/AC & PS. All for the whopping price of $80 ea. plus $35 core (which I can get back for any piece of junk I bring them). There is sill another 5.0 left. No bad for a couple days work.

wow.... prices must be inflated in the CA area. I was going to pickup a TPI setup, would've run me a whopping $25, complete u-pull-it. Just picked up a running 350 from a 71 c10 at the saem yard for $20 a few weeks ago.

If you can get a complete tpi setup for $25, get every one you can get. The going prive for those is more like $400.

Hmm, if anyone really wants the other one that was left, for $300 I will go and get it tomorrow. Im keeping the 2 I got for my trucks. By the time I got everything I wanted for the 2 engines I have spent pretty much the last 3 days at the junkyard. lol
