Correct plugs for double hump heads?????

What is the correct plug for double hump heads. I have R45T's in there now and one of them keeps getting deformed only one of them. On number 8. It doesn't look beat up it just looks like the gap was changed always flat against the plug. It runs fine for a while then it starts missing and this is always the cause of the miss, and it always seems to happen after I run on it real hard like 5 grand. All I can think of is it is a few thousands to close to the piston?
