Wheels - Where to get them?
I'm looking to find a set of rims and tires for a 71 Cheyenne LWB - Suggestion has been to go with 18X8 in the front and 18X10 in the rear. Plans are to lower the truck about 1 to 2" in the front and 2 to 3" in the rear, just so that it'll set nice and level. Any know of any issues with this application? Will they rub?
If anyone has suggestions on where to purchase (budget is an issue) or if anyone has a used set for sale please let me know Cheers to all.... |

It'd be nice to know what part of the world you reside in. There are a bunch here, cheap, but it is not worth it to ship them.

so much depends on personal taste it's a pretty vague question, you'll have alot better chance of finding 15inch wheels at a great price than 18's

I live in Rockledge, Fl (just south of Cocoa Beach). 15inch may hafta be the route - I just really like the looks of the 17s or 18s. I'm new to the board and have been doing a lotta forum searching - there's alotta damn nice looking trucks out and about.

Just bought some good looking American Racing rims for the 87 Buick GN.
Best deal I could find was at --- Sears. |

It might be worth it to check out www.centerlinewheels.com. Look in the wheel deal section. Some good deals there. I just bought a set of 18s for 199 a wheel.
