What do you guys think
I have finally sold the K5 i had (body only) and am now going to do the small block that was in it. It's a crate engine '73 model 4 bolt main, with about 30K miles on it. If that! Wife drove it so not very hard on it at all.
I am looking at just putting a prostreet supercharger on it and having the heads done (or buying a set of AFRs). More of a street truck until the BB monster is built. Is this block actually worthy of doing anything to it or just the simple supercharger ok for it? I know pistons may let loose someday but that's why the BB is getting built. Your help is greatly appreciated |

you're going to need low compression, if you want to run any decent amount of boost.
