Exclamation Scammer????????????????

I need to know if anyone knows the name of A. Summerlin or ebay name basin899. I have purchased a right front fender from him July 6th and still haven't received the damn thing. Seemed like things were going smoothe and he said he would send the tracking invoice number when the shipping co. faxed it to him--but never got back with me. I have e-mailed EBAY with concerns and awaiting answers. I have ALL e-mails sent to and from this seller. Anyone heard of this guy??? I am getting pissed. I am stationed in Korea but was having it delivered home in Texas. So much for integrity and honesty. ~~someone help.

Still serving!!!

goes to show you've really got to read and follow the feedback that's posted on ebay!! even alot of his positves had negative things to say about shipping problems. sorry if you got ripped but all the warnings where in place.

Get his contact information from Ebay, it should include a phone number and address.

Then have someone call him on your behalf...then have a particularly large board member pay a visit if that doesn't work.

Seriously though, get his info, you would be surprised how quickly they respond when ebay informs them that you have requested their contact info.

Been there done that
Hope this helps

I had a problem with a guy a couple of months ago when I was collecting Gauges for my dash Project, I bought what was supposed to be a 3-3/8" gauge, I even emailed the seller to confirm before bidding, and bid higher then normal because of the size, when it cam it was a 2-5/8" I could not get a response out of the seller, for over a month. Nor would he answer his phone, or voice mail messages. I contacted ebay, They sent him one of their letters, It must have been good, He Pay-Pal'd me back all of my money including shipping both ways. But it took over a month of emails, and about a week of ebay investigation and contact..

This Is Why I Am Scared Of Evil Bay, Although I Did List My Truck On
There About 30 Minutes Ago, To Many What If's, It Is Very Hard For
People To Gain Trust In Something They Can't See, Or Person Who Is
Selling The Item(s), They Need To Come Down Harder On People Who
Do This To Others, Maybe Ebay Should Post Negative Comments In
The Sellers Feedback Section, That Would Open Up Some Eyes.

Instead of having someone else stateside call, get his contact info and call from there. (They have calling card there that compete with our local long distance rates for those who don't know) I found when i was there and making calls to get stuff done, that it seemed to help 'get the lead out' when you mentioned overseas call or something to that effect.
My insurance company put me directly through to the right person first time..that has never happened before, nor since then.
Ohio dept. of taxationo tookk care of me ASAP when i mentioned I was calling from korea...and we all know how hard it is to get any level of Government to do anything quickly...or correctly for that matter.
I have more examples, but it doesn't matter.

BTW..where you stationed there? I was at Camp Casey from Jan 99 to Jan 2000. Kinda sucked being there for the big new years bash...i was the only sober american in country that night. I had C.Q.

GO get him! LOL
The big guy from the board reference was based on my belief
that you being out of the country aren't available to visit him right now!
