a/c blower switch...anybody got one ?
Im needing a a/c blower switch as mine will not reach the high speed when in the high speed position. Ive changed the relays and this has still not got me high speed fan. Anybody? Any help appreciated

While ur at it check the connector. Mine was melted. Do'nt have an extra.

rich, I've had to replace my fan switch itself every 2-3 years. Reminds me of my '92 Chevy van, the rear blower switch burnt out every 2 years also. Just bad GM design. Not enough power rating/heatsinking on the switches.

I bought a new switch and connector from LMC. Then I rewired it so the high-speed wire controlls a relay that I mounted to the heater assembly under the glove box. I believe too many amps run through the switch on high speed. I THINK they had a relay somewhere from the factory for high-speed but I was converting from no AC to AC so I just did it the way I think it SHOULD be.
Now if I can only figure out a way to stop breaking the top slide selector on the control assembly...
