pictures

Do you mean with a forward metal cab and a removeable rear fiberglass cab? If that is what you are wanting I have some pics of mine, however they are to large to upload on here. I can send them to you via email or icq if you would like.

other than stripping everything out, which would basically leave you with a shortbox truck rear end I haven't seen or heard of anything else.

I've seen one on a '79 full top blazer had a bed the size of a tool box and looked cheesey but it was in a rough stage so completed who knows?

ALL Jimmy/Blazers have the same lenght "bed". The only differences in the 73-75 blazer/Jimmy and the 76-up Blazer/Jimmy in relation to the top was one had a HALF convertible top (76-91) like mine pictured. OR a FULL convertible top that included the area above the driver like pictured here:

The were no factory pickup truck style Blazer/Jimmy's.

Blazin72, you may be thinking of a '73 - '75 Blazer similar to the white one Captkaos posted with a pickup hard shell cab top that covers only front seats. This was made I believe by GM and definately by aftermarket. When the top is on it resembles a pickup with the rear window an all.

For a myriad of views of Blazers you can scroll through and find the post titled pics. It's 5 pages of Blazers of various types.
Greg.

You can check my pics here on Aug 03 thread, LOWBLAZER PICS. It is a 1980 with steel cab cover and glass rear removable section.
There was a company that use to make a fibreglass back that made your 76-91 Blazer a pickup. It had a window in the back and went from the roof to the floor. I will try to find the site and send it here.

Sorry Kevin, if you are looking for my pics they are on August 03, 2004, LOBLAZER PICS. Under 73-+ Blazer site, page 2.

If you are looking for the half back, it is at www.creproonline.com

Doug

OHHHHHH, I thought you meant "August 2003". When I go to that thread you mention there are no pictures, although I have seen the thread before and have seen the pictures? Nice Blazer BTW!!!

I was hoping to see some pictures of a Blazer with the "Cab Kit" mentioned above, the one possibly made by the factory. I know it was mentioned it was for a full top Blazer, but I am still interested to see how they did it. Thanks.

Again... GM never offered a half top for the 73-75 Blazers. Aftermaket companys did make them for the 67-72's, but to my knowledge no one made any aftermarket versions (other than www.creproonline.com )

The only optional top GM offered for the Blazer/Jimmy were full softtops, and they were all dealer installed items.
