Shaved firewall
Can I get some pics of shaved firewalls please. Also, do any vendors sell any pre-fabbed plates for the heater motor hole and heater core holes?
Thanks

Can't answer your question about prefabbed filler pieces ... i used some sheetmetal from an old hood to make my filler pieces. I taped some cardboard to the backside of the firewall and then traced out a pattern ... cut the pieces slightly larger ... used a bench mounted belt sander to shape and then welded in.
Hope this helps ya .... |

Thanks everyone
Lostwages, that is exactly what I had in mind. What about aftermarket Heater and AC units. Doesn't Vintage Air or someone offer any in dash units that run through the firewall with bulkhead fittings so you can keep the smooth look going but still retain heat and ac ?
