Yes, rocker switch operated. Switch, wires, and motor all come with it.

The motor, attached to the right side of the window by a 3 ft or so cable, would mount somewhere behind, or under the seat on the right side. I'll get a inside pic tonight. Yes, I take paypal. PM me. Thanks

I think that "POWRSLIDER" is the brand, but I couldn't find a website. I'll look at it a little closer tomorrow.

I know they used to make then for S-10's in the day
It would require the removal of the gas tank for sure. I bet you could sell a ton of them.
