well, the purchase has been made...now need some advice

Got a tuned port setup from a 89 Iroc, complete from oil pan to intake with all accessories and wiring harness and computer . This is going in my '71 stepside. My question is, what do I need to do about my fuel tank, fuel pump and fuel lines. What vehicle should I get these out of or is it better to get something fabricated?

I am putting my TPI on right now.
I went with a FuelCellGuy tank. I am running my fuel lines tonight. I have half of my manifold on, and all of my wiring done so I am getting close
You could go with a blazer tank and do an inline fuel pump. I have an in-tank pump, and you can always go that route too.
Are you putting a Vehicle Speed Sensor in?

I have located a 700r4 so it looks like I will be able to use the speed sensor.

Does the fuel cell guy have a website?

TIA,

Ben

There's a 72 running around here that has the same swap. He's using the stock in cab tank with an electric pump. If you do the same you need to get the special fuel injected gas line. It's reinforced for the higher pressure of a late model system. You could also use braided hose. Earls sells a fitting to connect the metal line from the tank to the braided hose. Be sure to install a good filter also.

Use the alternator from the donar and make sure your wiring is up to snuff. Computers are fairly finicky about getting enough voltage.
