Trade: 97 Jeep Cherokee Country for 67-72 2wd truck

*** SALE PENDING ***

Looking to trade my 1997 Cherokee for a decent 67-72 Chevy or GMC truck, preferably a 2wd. We got is bacause my wifes car (2000 Monte Carlo) just didn't work well with 2 rear-facing car seats. Now that the kids are old enough to be in forward facing car seats, we just don't drive it anymore. I don't want to keep paying insurance on it and not drive it.

Pics are below. It has some minor hail dings in it, and the LF fender catches the front of the door. I have the trim piece that is missing in the pic. The interior is good, but there are a couple of cig burns in the front seats. The carpet is stained, mostly on the drivers floor from use. It has about 115K miles on it, and about 60K on the 4.0L motor. This thing runs STRONG!! Gets about 18-20 mpg.

AM/FM/CD, PS, PB, A/C, auto 4x4, 4.0L I-6. Four new tires too! I hold the clear Colorado title in mine and my wifes name.

I am interested in trading for a good running clean 67-72 Chevy or GMC truck. I'm open to anything really, just no junk! Decent body, interior, and drivetrain. Looking for a driver, not a fixer-upper. I already have two of those

I would really prefer to trade for a truck, but I am open to hear any offers. I am looking to sell for $3500, but your trade does not necessarily have to be worth that $$ amount to strike a deal. If it is something that I would want, and this is something you want, we can talk. If you are asking $2000 (a random $$ pulled out of my butt) or something like that, we still may be able to trade straight. Like I said, if you are interested, and you have something that interests me, I am ready to talk! I just want this to be gone!

PM me or send an email. Thanks! Bob

It was raining when I took these pics earlier today, so that is water droplets on the paint, NOT rust bubbles!!!!!
