Help on wheel selection...Offset? Width?

Hey guys...

I was considering going with 20s on my 71 but I am considering going back with some 15" ralleys because of the price of tires that I am going to be burning off.

The question is...What is the largest wheel and tire combo I can fit on my stock suspension without rubbing. The truck will be lowered 3/5 eventually so dont want to rub. I was thinking something like a 15x10 in the rear and 15x8 in the front...

Any suggestions and pics would be appreciated.

thanks guys
CHRIS

Yeah this is true... But with a 500+ hp SBC that smell of burning tires is going to happen more then not if you know what I mean. Just the selection and price of tires is alot more reasonable for the 15s for me around here. I can get a set of fat Kuhmo's or something for around 150 a set or so when 20" tires are at least 200+ for one and then getting someone to mount them correctly without tearing up some expensive wheels is hard to find for me as well. That what happens when you live out in the country.

thanks
CHRIS
