Talking Omfg!!! This is crazy!

This headline came off the local news: (the Malibu Grand Prix place is a place where there are motorized go-carts for the little kiddies, and us bigger kids ) Obviously the guy wanted an unfair advantage!!! LMFAO!

"Malibu Madness
About ten to nine Friday night a gray Toyota Corolla carrying four males drove through the fence at Malibu Grand Prix Fun Centre on Stremel Road.

The car did a couple of laps nearly hitting some motorized carts on the race style track.

Malibu staff managed to stop the vehicle, detain the driver and call police.

A 23 year old Kelowna male will be charged with dangerous driving, operating while impaired, and operation with over 80 mgs. of alcohol.

Police say there were a number of people on the track at the time but no-one was injured."

Reminds me of a time when I went to a company picnic at a city park, got drunk, and did the base ball diamond with my 83 Z28. Needless to say I was fired Monday Am and joined the Navy 10 days later

I still have my license for them, but haven't been there in years.

Just lucky no one was injured, could have been serious.

There is a closed down Walmart here in town with a HUGE vacant parking lot. It was used one weekend for a go-cart event. The course that was laid out was pretty big and wide. It was lined with bales of hay. After the event was over, the promoters took down a temporary security fence they put up but left the bales of hay in place for a few days. It attracted kids in ricers. Me and a buddy sat there one early evening and watched these kids fly around the track. One was in a Honda and the other was in a Mitsubishi. The Honda missed a turn, hit the hay bales and destroyed the fiberglass ground effects on the front of the car. They kept racing though....until the cops came and made them leave.
