I ususally don't shoot down what people do to their truck, but you asked for opinions. I have yet to see one of our trucks that looks good with those clear lens'. To me it looks like both tail lights are broken out. I think your truck looks great with the red tail lights. Leave the clear tail lights to the rice burners.

the tail light are fine you just need the right paint to mix them in with. with the primer black, running red lights would be better

Personally, I like the red lenses better but it's not my truck. I don't have to drive it or look at it. If you like the look, keep 'em.
Autos are just like people, if they were all the same, they'd be boring. Some people like these trucks to be original. Others like to slam, chop, french and or shave 'em. It's all in each persons tastes. Build it how you like it!!!

gotta go with 68 Burb... red lights are better, but I'm the guy that's been putting off getting a "new" steering wheel from the pick-n-pull because I can't find one the right color!

lookin good, I really like the roll pan, the step bumper kinda looked.. old? heh, the new roll pan makes it nice n sporty. I personally am a fan of clear lenses, but.. I think I'd rather have the red ones in my truck, its juts less hassle, what with red bulbs fading and people going "hey man, you don't have any taillights" cos they're stupid lol

I agree with whatever you like is best for your truck. However, those are not legal for insp. in WV I don't know about your state though.

Well, I'm not gonna sugar coat it. I don't care for those tail lights at all. Put me down as one of the "some people say they suck". I agree with the ideal of build it the way you want to but you asked for opinions. In my opinion I'd lose the lenses, put back the cool red ones, and leave the Euro styling to the rice burners.
