8" lift and 35" tires on crew cab TOO SMALL?????
Do you guys think the tires will be too small? I got such a killer deal on the lift and tires I couldnt pass it up the tires still have the stickers on them never mounted. Does anyone have some pics of crew cabs with 6 or 8 inch lifts wioth 35 " tires???/

I think 6" is a little much for 35's unless you are actually planning to do some serious off roading, but that is just my opinion. On the other hand, the new Dodges have a ton of room in the wheel wells, stock. I would try it and see. You could always sell the tires to someone else if you don't like it.

i agree, just try it. If you dont like the 35"s sell them and get 37s or 38s... you will make money on the deal if you sell those tires.

I have an 85 burban with 6" Lift and 35's and a 90 burban with 8" lift and 36's. I can e-mail pics if you want or post them here if some one shows or tells me how.

You would need at least 6" with a 35"

I've got 3 inches and 35's and I defeintely want more lift, they don't rub unless i'm turnin on a hill but i think 6 inches is about perfect with 35's if you plan on wheelin and runnin on the street.

I always ran 4" lift and 35's or 36's on my 75 Blazer, but I didn't like the bigger lift on such a short vehicle. I did run the 6" lift with 35's on my 86 Sub, and it looked good too. I preferred the 4" lift because you didn't have to change near as much to get it to drive correctly.

another little tidbit, the truck pictured was a competitor in Fourwheeler's RTCC 2004. look for it in the March '05 issue.
