If your sure it's water then check the cowl box at the base of the windsheild , If you life the hood you will see a seam that runs accoss the fire wall. The seam forms the cowel box. Sometimes the sealent used in that seam will fail where it's up under the ACbox and it will drip into the heater box on the inside and drip behind the glove box. If the drain is plugged up on the A/C you can get a dip in the same area. A bad heater core will also drip there.
If you pull the windsheild wiper ares off and under the hood will be a few screws and then you can get the grill peice of and get into the cowel box. Check for rust and clean it up. Duracolor or something other brand name sells a spray in bed liner in a can. It's thick paint. They carry it at Autzone. That will seal the seam up but it's a bogger to worm the can in there.

Mine leaked on the seam Grim Reaper described. However, I didn't get any water in the glove box, just on the floor. I used some thick RTV seam sealer to seal it up. I also had to weld in a new floor panel in the cab as the leak had caused the floor to rust out. I have heard of the windshield gasket leaking too. I would get a water hose and try to isolate where the water is coming from.

Thanks guys, I drove it today (sunny) with the AC on the entire time and never had any water inside so Im guessing its rain related.
I will try the water hose test and see what happens, but I will check those places mentioned above. The dripping yesterday was where your left foot would be when sitting on the pass side if that helps
