73-87's have became POPULAR!!!

Seriously, I can't BELIEVE how many modified C10's I've seen in the past 6 months! Used to be about 10 modified C10's around town (Mostly just lowered with 15" rims). NOW though, there's at least 10 MORE modified C10's around, with 17"+ rims, shaved parts, and even on air!!
Well, at least we can all say we were first right?

Yeah, even in the show scene, 67-72's were damned hot for the longest time and will be for a long time more, they are kinda getting played out. So people are turning to 73-87's, dime a dozen and parts up the wazoo for cheap.

I don't think the 67-72's are played, but they are getting much more expensive to find a nice one. I agree that 73-87's are still cheap so that's why they are gaining in popularity.

Take a look at the event coverage at www.fullsizechevy.com and www.sportruck.com. The latest shows have whole lot more 73-87's at them....

I agree. I bought a 1980 2wd Blazer because I was tired of seeing 67-72's.

a mid 80s clean K10 shortbed in good condition will bring 5k easily in my area, I paid 2200 for mine with a broken transmission.
