Gaugeless Dash?

I know they are useless and no one has them. Which is exactly why I'm curious. Is a "gaugeless" dash the same as the rest? Does it just have 4 filler circle thingies in place of the gauge pods? In all my surfing I've never seen one, obvously since they are turds.

well id say idiot light = useless cause my dad knows billions (litterally) of stories firsthand of people destroying vehicles because most idiot lights don't come on until its too late. MOST being the key word here. :0

my 78 came with idiot lights and i personally dont like them so i added a set of sunpro gauges to the dash-there mounted in the bezel and everything.had to round out the holes a bit for them to fit but its not a factory resto so i dont care about hacking up the inner dash and they work better than idiot lights and i know whats going on at all times which makes me feel better since i just spent 1500 dollars on a motor.
