Wanted 307 engine parts in DFW area.

I'm looking for internal engine parts, or even a whole engine if it's cheap enough.

Not intersted in shipping heavy greasy parts, so local DFW only please.

Sorry, can't help you, but you reminded me of my first truck, a 71 lwb custom 10 with a 307 and 3 on the tree. Which I later converted to 3 on the floor via a hurst shifter. Well to make a long story short, one night my Dad had to tow me home after I broke the driveshaft in THREE places while shifting into second. The ole 307 was strong.......that was 21 years ago, and I'm still messing with these 67-72's.

I know you where only looking in the DFW area but if you are nterested in a 307....and are headed to San Antonio for a day or so, I have a fully assembled 307 that is just sitting waiting to be taken away, it was rebuilt...kind of, and ended up with a connecting rod knock. I was screwed out of a lot of money by some mechanic who did not take the block or heads to be cleaned or machined and pocketed lots of my money, but it is whole....like I said if you are interested, maybe it could help you out....$75 or best offer.
