Is ther a way to add pics to a PM or do you just go through the personal e-mail addresses.

If the pic is accessible on the internet, you can use the [img] [/img] tags in your PM.
I'm not sure if you can attach pics in a PM here?

As Joe said. There are no way to send pics via PM unless you add the brackets around the img thing to each side of the picture url.
