Steering Wheel Cover?

I can't believe this! I cannot find a steering wheel cover that will fit my stock wheel? I bought one, but it was too small, so I stretched it and it ripped in half!
Even though the box says "fits ALL steering wheels"!

Do our stock steering wheels take a special oversized cover or what? Where can I get one big enoguh?

sorta funny. My truck has a 17 in. wheel, and it is way to big for my likeing but the guy who sold my truck to me threw in a smaller grant wheel. great right? Not realy it is 13 in. and is like driving a go cart.Now, my van has a 15 in. wheel (just right ). So when a manufactuer makes a wheel cover they probly didn't expect to many ppl. to put them on the older 17 in wheels. about getting a cover to fit. I have not seen any and if you do fined one post here please so I can get one for mine and go to the bigger cracked wheel without spending 180$ for a wheel that will look the same in 6 months.

would this work...buy two covers and cut them into four separate pieces and overlap them so it looks like one big cover? Know what I mean?
It wouldn't look as good as if it was one solid cover, but at least the entire wheel would be covered.

I no longer have the stock wheel on my truck (went to a smaller, newer "15) but I did have a saddle or tan wheel covering on it. Layed it out in the sun for a bit to warm up and was really careful as I stretched it around the wheel. Don't remember what brand it was but got it at local parts house. Nothing speacial to it that I recall. Hope that helps. Just go slow and steady. Good luck.
