Suspension problems, need help asap

noticed my burb atatring to pull the right lately and a clunk from the front end when i back up, got under it today and the bolts that hold the upper a-arm on w/the alingiment shime has seem to broke or streched out cause they are about a 1" too long and all the shims have fallen out, has anyone changed them before and are they hard to do. LMC has new bolts and shims for 3.95 a peice for the bolt, is this goin to be a hugh project that i shouldnt attempt myself ( i put the bags on myself, so im not a total moron)

I would guess PA trucks rust as bad as Indiana trucks. The rust could be a pain. Since you will have to take to an alignment shop when you are done I would be tempted to ask what the difference in price is between just an alignment and an alignment and repair.
