Radiator
I need to buy a new radiator. Anyone with experience buying from any of the websites? www.radiator.com www.radiatorbarn.com etc?

Might wanna try a local radiator shop. I stopped by a place on the way to work one day and got a brand new 3 core for my truck with auto for $150. I think autozone wanted about the same for a 2 core.

There was a thread on here awhile back about this. Lots of satisfied customers or radiator.com
My 4 core in my big block truck came from there is was 150 delivered to my door the next day.

I got nothing to say but good things about Radiator.com. That is where i bought my 4 core radiator at for 150 bucks and mine as well was delivered to my door the next day.

Whats the difference in a 2 row or 3 row radiator
Whats the difference between a 2 row and a 3 row radiator. Ive got a small 6 cyl and dont know the pros and cons of 1 vs the other? Can anyone help???

A 6 cyl will stay cool with just a 2 row radiator. If you plan on someday installing a nice 350 or so, then upgrade now to a 3 row. 2 row rads are generally cheaper as well.

Go to a local radiator shop .. most 3 row's un about 140 - 150 ... Dont be stupid like me and buy a radiator on ebay ... just to fine out it leaks ...
if you upgrade toa 4 row .. your gonna need the bigger upper rad holddowns... oh and by the way .. no one makes a 12 inch tranny cooler anymore .. so you'll have to cut the stock hard line and hose clamp in a rubber hose to hook up your tranny cooler ( if your running a auto)

I bought a 4 row radiator off ebay from Radiator Doctor, (brand new), lifetime warranty, Modine, for $162.00, delivered to my door. Took about 2-3 days. Cost $138.00, buy it now price and with tax and shipping, it cost $162.00.
Or, you can skip ebay and call 1-888-252-0333. Hope this helps?

Got it but its got 2 many openings!
I got the radiator in. When I went to put it in I noticed it had 2 extra fittings on the bottom of the radiator that are about the size of one for a small heater hose. Does anyone know what they are for? I dont think I need them. If I need to plug them do I cap them or what?
