Hello,does anyone know wher I can get the"plugs"that go in the door to mount the tripod mirror they look like they are made of rubber with a threaded insert.Thanks

Not sure about the oem type with rubber, but in the past I've used a similar tool and inserts, as this one here:

I'm not affiliated with the seller in anyway. Since it's made by Pittsburgh, you can probably also get it from Harbor Freight.
