New Motor Question

I have a GM Performance 350 new from dealer, only 800 miles. Problem is this weekend while checking motor mounts, manifold bolts etc., show that one of my spark plugs had oil on it. I guess it leaked out at plug hole. Is this normal or not? A buddy at work said it was normal for a new engine during break in period.

Change the plug/s and check it again in 1000 miles. Should be clean, suspect oil on the cylinder walls from GM.

Well break procedure , taking it a little easy and varing rpms, changed oil at 250 miles. They didn't really give me anything on break in. What should I be doing? Oil was only on that one plug, but have noticed oil pressure on the high side of gauge, Again buddy at work said new 350 with vortec heads and 330 HP would run a higher oil pressure due to higher volume oil pump. Any ideas?
