New project
I finally got the old 72 home and have already started disassembly of the interior. Next the bed will come off and the cab will get some floors, rockers, corners, all the stuff that rusts out. One question on that. Who do I order parts from and who do I avoid. I have alot of catalogs and don't want to order crap. I will post pictures soon.

Most if not all of the vendors on this BB are stand up guys. They build trucks with the parts they sell so they try to get the best quality available.I personally use Tim Christian since I can usually meet him and save shipping. On top of that he is a great guy.I would suggest you get an LMC catalog though,it is by far the best free manual for these trucks out there. It is better in some ways than Chiltons or Haynes. Also by dealing with BB members you help keep this great resource working for all of us.

Rockville and Bats
Actually, I have no idea where Rockville is. I live about 35 min. outside of Chicago. Indiana doesn't claim us for being too much like Chicago and Illinois doesn't want us because we mostly rednecks. Also, I thought that was the practice bat. We do see Ron Kittle (White Sox and Mets) around town. He lives here. Nice guy.

It appears to be a neat little town with lots of interesting companies there...I was surprised. I was there last year on business with Hoosier bats.
