will metal door panels off of a 67 fit on the doors of my 72?

yes, i believe so, my 67 has 72 doors on it and i used the original panels, i think the 4 bolts along the bottom were a bit weird, im blanking on what i did but i ended up getting some stainless steel allen type bolts to hold it to the door, i can get pics for you tomorrow if you want

One item that you might want to be aware of is:
You will need to get the pre 1972 window regulator and door latch units.
The ones that are on the 72 are longer for the thicker door panels.
Any other year 67-71 on these parts will work.

Actually they (the 1972 regulators and door latch's) will work with the earlier panels they just won't fit flush against the panels.

They are phillip head screws---1\4-20---7\8" long.
