I would like to see your pics as well. Mainly good shots of where the servo unit mounts to the inner fender and shots of how the linkage hooks to the carb.

the 72 should be an under dash unit, 68 - 71 were on the turn signal lever.
I don't have any pics of the stuff on this computer.

What is the value of a complete original cruise control system?

how rare are the original installs? My 72 is an under dash unit that says master cruise under the button.the unit is inner fender mounted with a cable
going on the carb bellcrank just below the throttle cable

Here are the pics I took today. They are from the 72 C/30 Delux camper that I bought. The cruise control is mounted on the driver side inner fender. It has a few wires that run into the cab for power from the fuse panel and tot he switch on the turn signal lever. There are two cables that drive the unit. One from the tranny to the box and one from the box to the speedo. There are also two vaccume lines. One is tapped into the brake booster line and the other goes to the diaphram next to the carb. I can send full size pics if needed...

That one is an 80's add on unit. My dad had one installed on his AMC Eagle

Thats a Dana aftermarket cruise mcmlxix.

Cruise activator switch was on signal arm from 68-70.
71 was underdash with cruise master written across the bottom...in 72 it was off to the side and had a light in the housing. the 71-72 type both mounted under dash. I've seen both style under dash cruises in 71's and 72's.
Seems that 70 was the change over year to the underdash switch ...had people convince me it was both ways in 70... being lever or underdash.
