cant find the sensor that works the variable assist in a 97 truck. it is giving me troubles and was going to try and clean it with electronic cleaner but I am unable to locate it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a post saved on my computer at work about this that has pictures. I believe it's gray and located on the steering column under the dash. I think the search function is working now so you might try to find it that way. I'll check the board in the morning and try and post the link if you don't find it tonight.
