I have 35" Procomps on my truck. The pressure that I run them at is 27psi. The tire spec a max of 35 psi, but the tread doesnt contact all the way across the tire evenly. So I lowered it, and my tires have worn perfectly. Play with it alittle to see what suites it best!

Drive slowly over some wet pavement then look at the wetness on the tread. It should be wet the entire width of the tread.

40 is way too much IMO - probably should be around 28 give or take a bit. Make several marks across the tread side-to-side with a grease marker or chalk - anything that leaves a visible mark. Then drive around a bit. If inflation is too high, the marks will fade first in the center of the tread - too low, the edges will disappear first. Since the front typically carries more weight than the back, you may want a couple more psi up front.

Right now I am running 28 lbs in the front and 25 in the rear on mine. 35x15.50 super swampers. Actually I think they still have a little much. All tires and trucks are different.

Here are some pics
I would never run less than 30 IMO the sugested psi is 34 and 36 I think they sit good at 39-40 plus I hual stuff in the bed alot and at low psi it will really squat them.
