Mirror flapping in the breeze

My passenger mirror is really loose. I move it to exactly where i want it, then when i shut the door and the damn thing moves in, so i cant see out of it. Is there a way to tighten these that doesnt involve taking the door panels off? I guess it's my own fault, because i already had the door panels off once, and never tightened them..... thanks...NICK

Mine does that too, it seems the grommet that is suppost to stiffen them up wears out / dry rots after a while...

There is a torx bit screw on the bottom of the mirror housing. Unscrew it and slid the housing up and see there might be something to tighten them up. Its been forever ago that I was in one and I cant remember what all is in there. But I thought I seen something in there to deal with tightening them up.
