replacing window felts, rubber and channels

How difficult of a job is replacing the felts, rubbers and channels for the windows and is there a thread that discusses this already? I just got the complete kit from GMC Pauls and I am anxious to start but I don't have a clue where to start or how to do it. HELP. Thanks, Scott

If you're just replacing the felts/rubber on the top of the door that seals the window, it's easy. You just need a set of needle nose pliers to pull out the old ones, and just pop the new ones in. 5 min. job for both sides.
