FS: Rear seat

I have a seat that was included with a truck I recently bought, not sure what it came from. If anyone can shed some light on it's origin I would appreciate it.

It's in VG condition, only tear is on the left arm rest. Sorry no brackets. Also it folds down. Would perfer local pick up on this one. Asking $125.

Thanks.

Scott
