Its a set of pipes that go into your exhaust manifolds that inject air to cause the left over fuel that didn't combust in the cylinder to go off inside the exhaust manifold rather than dumping it straight out into the atmosphere

it was the factory's way of slapping a bandage on the lack of combustion effiency. the problem is that it overheats the manifolds. it does work as a temporary way to lower HCs for emission testing on hotrods going through emissions testing.
