C clips
I am taking apart my rear axle it has an Eaton posi in it. I can't remember how to take out the c clips I cant push the axles in far enough to get them out of the groove that they are in. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You have to take out the pinion shaft before the axles will move inward far enough to remove them. A magnet-on-a-stick tool eases removal.
