Looks like a FEY bumper. I think their in Texas.

Looks identical to my bumper. Infortunately, I looked all over it and don't see any stickers or anything to identify it.

Looks like either an FEY or a Mr. Pickup. Lot's of aftermarket places sell those two brands. You might be able to get some dimensions from the inside of the bumper and get a set of brackets that will work.
