WTB: 71-72 Cheyenne/ Cheyenne Super
I have been searching a nice 71-72 in Sweden the last 3-4 months but there isn´t much to find here so I have decided to go look for one in US.
I´m going in january 2005, I haven´t decided yet to where in US I will go, it depends on where I might find some interesting trucks. Is there possibly someone here on the board that is considering selling the coming winter? I want a 71-72 Cheyenne or Cheyenne Super, C10, LWB, original or at least pretty much original not customized. I´m looking for trucks in price range from $6,000 up to about $12,000-15.000 for the right one. Please post here or e-mail myt636w@tninet.se or PM me. Thanks Mats.. |

72 Cheyenne
I have a two owner California Cheyenne, LWB, 350/350 PS PDB AC. It is Rust Free, garaged in Pittsburgh PA. Mileage is about 115.000 driven home from CA. Color is Bronze and White two tone. Paint is faded and thin, from California days. Bed has original wood floor with bronze paint in some areas. It has a Gaylord hard style tonneau cover, although dated, it has the rough texture, not the smooth style they do today. The tailgate has a slight dent, the rest of the sheetmetal is straight.
I haven't given much thought to sellling it jsut yet, but will forward pics and we can discuss. Obviously, if you are taking it overseas, I would suggest a truck that is as rust free as you can get. It is worth it in disassembly and restoration. I am out of town but will attempt to send pics if you can forward and email address. LILREDGMC |

Dan72cst,
Maybe my user name is a little off, I was about to by a 68 50th once but it newer came to a deal. Thanks for offering your truck, I can remember there was someone(but I can´t remember who) on the board that had been searching low and high for a 68 50th 4x4 but he wasn´t even sure that combination existed. I think your´s is a little bit much projekt for me right now, I want one more done. Thanks anyway Mats.. Last edited by 68 50th; 10-24-2004 at 04:41 AM. |

Shy-n;
I could consider a SWB too but if I buy a truck that close to the top limit of my budget I would really want it fit exactly to my criterial and this time I want a LWB. Thanks, Mats.. |
