New guy

Hi All. My name is Dwayne and I live on the central coast of California between Santa Maria and Solvang in a little town called Los Alamos.
I just traded an 86 IROC for a 72 3/4 ton Chevy w/Camper shell.
I needed a larger work truck and have enough Camaro's. The truck is mostly complete but pretty beat up. Barely any of the trim is good and there are lots of dents but I haven't found any rust yet
It's a 4X2 auto w/ air and a Z62 RPO. It has a wood bed but I'll be using it as a work/tow/hunting truck. I guess I'll be looking for some really hard wood to deal with the constent use. Has any body heard of using the plastic or any other type of simulated wood material on these beds?

I'll post a pict as soon as I can.
