Been trying to improve the braking on my 68 3/4. Pulled the rear drums today and decided to go ahead with new shoes. Would you believe of the SIX parts stores near me not one stocked the shoes for the rear axle? Finally got my favorite place to order them, be there tomorrow.

Are these particularly rare brake shoes or what?

And btw, my front shoes are wider and shorter and they were in stock last week when I changed them.
