Not for sure, but it looks kinda like the sport wheel from '78-'87 G- body Cutlass.

Looks like Cutlass 442 to me. I know a guy that had one just like that on his car. It was a 71 or 72

Just a note from an olds guy... those are the sport wheels most commonly found on olds 442s and cutlass s from 69-77... they could also be found in an occasional olds omega also.. if you find one, it will be pretty spendy... somewhere upwards of 100 bucks... more likely around 175-250 for a good one... BUT I have seen one ore two in our trucks and they are pretty sweet.. I run the chevrolet version (3 spoke) in my 70 and my 74... i dig em...

Any Camero/Corvette aftermarket parts dealer will have the parts for this wheel. The parts are also common to the 3 spoke corvette, buick, pontiac. If you have the wheel, you will need the hub and the monting hardware for the horn button. The wheel and the horn button is available in several variations and colors---. check online as it is not rare.

You can always get stuff from Year One if you are needing actual resto parts like the horn and stuff. I had a '69 442 vert and I bought ALOT of stuff from them!
