Column probs...

I took the column apart on my 88 jimmy, when putting it back to gether i have found i have 3 springs... one is for the horn... no problems there... one is for the turn signal switch to make it go back to the prone position... where does this spring go??? and the other i have no clue... can i get a little help here???

Here is a web site that might help you out. It is about tilt columns. Even if you don't have a tilt you will be able to see the two springs in the turn signal switch and the turn signal canncel cam spring.

What does the spring look like that you need to find where it goes?

The hazard switch knob has a spring between the inner and outer parts. It a very light duty round coil spring.

The key warning buzzer has a curved metal (banana shaped folded back over itself with a bend end) spring that goes beside/under it.
