Can anyone tell me if the front bucket seats from a 71 suburban are the same as the front bucket seats in a 71 Blazer? Will the seat tracks be the same? And, did the passenger bucket seat in a suburban tilt up like they do in the Blazers?

No, the front Burb seat will not lift up. No need to because of the 3rd door.
