Sorry Blue Beard, That is all I received when I emailed the guy on eBay. If I had more time I guess someone would have to drop a dime to find out more.

Just got off the phone with the owner of the burb.
Very nice guy, chatted for quite a while.

The story on the burb is that it has been stored for 20+ years, and not started for at least the last 15. The 327 was rebuilt around 10k miles before it got stored. Current owner is second owner, and the truck has been a local MN truck all its life. Owner stated there was rust on the quarters, and has 1 repaint over original. It is a tailgate model, 3 seats, and no AC. He did say that the chrome was good.
Without seeing the truck, it could be a solid base to build off of, or it could be rusting from the bottom up.
The truck is stored about 40 miles from me, if anyone is really interested, I would be glad to check it out next week.
