Thumbs up HotRod Heaven's ProComp HEI Distributor

Well, I was bored today waiting for some more resto parts from Athey's so I put the ProComp HEI distributor that was sitting in the closet since the end of August. Pulled old spark plugs. Turned the motor over till the rotor on the old distributor was pointing to #1. Put new spark plugs in. Pulled the old distributor. Pulled old coil, clipped and taped old wiring. Dropped in new distributor. Pulled new distributor back out. Turned oil pump shaft with screwdriver. Dropped new Distributor back in. Plugged in wiring. Built custom wire set with Accel's kit from Checker at 26 bucks. Truck fired right up. Moved distributor around a bit till motor ran smooth. Vroom, Vrooom!
Got this from HotRod Heaven for $89 plus shipping. Works great.

Piece of cake. Anybody need a points distributor, complete? Free? Best, Hunter
