hmm, the po of my truck did something similar to the passenger side of my truck but the pa he had installed isnt working but then again neither are the headlights or taillights so go figure. My painless harness is on its way and when i get it i'll have to pull that antena and when i do i'll check and see who makes it because it fits the hole perfectly and it looks just like the one in you pic.

If you get the diameter of the tube and the diameter of the whole in the bottom. I should be able to help you. Do you want a manual or power antenna? I own a mobile car stereo shop!

the tube is an inch and a half across, and there is not a whole drilled through it yet.i'm looking for a power antenna. I was looking at some and they extend to far. are some power antenna's adjustable to how much they extend?

Some antenna's have a momentary switch so you can raise them as much or as little as you like! It does not have a hole in the bottom of the tube?

Auto parts stores should have an after market "power" that should fit. If the hole hasnt been drilled then you dont have to match anything, and with a 1-1/2 tube most gromets should have plenty of room.

I've seen this mod before. Don't you have to worry about water getting in and rusting out (if you use metal).

yeah, i thought about that too. i am going to look into that. i might be able to make a drain hole right above the grommet(going to the inside of the truck) and attach a rubber hose to let it drain out the bottom of the cab. but i'm still thinking
