2 tilts installed

Beautiful day today so got to work outside.
Got tilts installed in 2 of my trucks.
They are van columns but once in you don't notice the difference
My wife even loves it because with the swap it also tightens the gear shift selector and she hated the old ones cause there was so much play on one that you could move it from 1st to drive without shifting gears. Got three more to go then they all have tilt.

Good point rage.
Just went out and checked that, and both work on the blue but neutral safety dosen't on yellow. Checked and the switch is bad. Will have to swap that out tomorrow.
Thanks fors the heads up on that tho. Never thought about it just assumed that they were good.
Gotta love this board!

Did you have to cut the column to move the neutral safety switch?

That looks good. Those tilts look like tehy are actually shorter than nontilts. I have a tilt on the way so hopefully it will look as good installed.

The tilts are van tilts and yes I had to move the neutral safty switch.
I have done about 6 of these now. Also the steering column is closer to the dash. About 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" . I like the extra room . Keep in mind that you may have to adjust the mounting location of the neutral saftey switch if you plan on mounting closer to dash.I am going to post a thread on neutral saftey switch info
