there is a kit for this, I don't remember who it was that makes it, you might check with off road design otherwise get on ck5 I know they can answer this.

Milemarker and Superwinch both made kits, there may be others as well.

Here's some links....
Without hubs.... http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...ime+conversion With hubs.... http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...ime+conversion I just put the "without hubs" kit in a buddy's 79 K20 (he already had a set of hubs), that he has owned since it was new. He is amazed at the mileage, and handling benfits!!!! Not counting the hub installation, I had a little over an hour in it. Misled |

i really dont see a problem with full time 4x4, i have a 203 in my K20, and have no issues with the way it drives, or the milage. 11-12mpg on average

One thing I found when I converted mine was that it doesnt have such a load when taking out. I'm sure it saves on front end parts also.

i see no reason to spend the coin right now, as its only purpose in life is a work truck, and i need 4wd most of the time anyways. eventually it will get a 400/205 to replace the 350/203.
