Bumper bolt distance?

Does anyone know the distance from the center of the front bumper bolt holes on the frame? Jack@&& that owned it before me tried to weld the bumper on and filled in the holes with slag.

I am not sure if I understand the question but here are some measurements for hole locations on the frame horn.

The front hole in the frame horn (this is the one welded shut?) is 3 1/4" from the top of the frame. It is also 1 1/8" from the outside. It is elliptical in shape and measures 5/8" top to bottom and 3/4" side to side.

If this is not what you need, please restate your question and I will try to get you some measurements.

That is perfect. I am also needing the distance from the left frame rail to right frame rail, from the center of the holes. I appreciate your time.

Center to center distance on the two front bumper holes is 26 1/2".
