Hey guys!!..i have a question for ya's,,I have a 70 chev C-20,,Saturday,,i tried starting it,Dead battery,so i put in a good battery,,cranked over,and took off,,well i left the good battery in it over the weekend,,tried starting it Today,,Nothing,,i tried charging up battery,,wouldnt charge,,I imagine if i put the other battery in it it would take off,,Why is the truck draining the battery's??Bad connection somewhere or ???

maybe your voltage regulator is stuck. Smack it with a screwdriver a couple of times. If not, you may need a new one

Check the alternator while you're at it. If you don't have the testing equipment just pull it off and take it to autozone or oreilly's, they check 'em for free.
