Looking for a bench seat

I know original bench seats are hard to find for the front these days. Are there any bench seats from newer chevy's that will bolt in without any problems? I may go to a few yards tomorrow to start my conquest on my K5.

Seats

A bench for your blazer?
I think I have an extra bench seat, if not I know someone who does.
Any interest in some blazer buckets? I have two pair of those, one set in good shape and the other complete but needing covers.

buckets are good. But I really want a Bench for the front of my Blazer. What kind of condition is it in? How much?

Bench seat

How do you get in the back seat if you have a bench in front?
Obvious answer is that you don't have a back seat to worry about.
I have some of those too.

Didn't some blazers come with a bench seat up front? They had to. I'm sure they fold down. Why do the ones from the rear fit up front?

As far as I know, they didn't.
The factory buckets tipped forward and out of the way, even if the bench seat back tilted forward it would still be tough to get in the back.
None of the bench seats I have, have a back that will tilt forward.

What about a K5 truck or c10/20? They came with bench seats? They have the same body style, so they should fit?

Sure they fit and fit fine, I'm just saying that it will be hard to get into the back seat if only the back of the bench seat fold forward because the bottom of the seat will still be blocking the door partially, making access to the back of the blazer a little harder.
The original seat (the whole seat) flips 'up' and out of the way.

That's why I have been wanting a split bench from a '98 or so extended cab truck where access behind the bench was needed. In which case the passenger side portion of the bench slid far enough forward to allow access to the back seat.

I've seen lots of pics from board members with this year of bench in their trucks. Of course they would never pass for original but they look good just the same.

I've got a three across, flip n' fold bench from an '84 blazer in the back, plus I need to seat six in the blazer to pack in all the chillin's. A split bench up front is the answer...

Are the front seats you're selling the standard or utility style???

I probably live close enough now to come check them out in person....
